Step by Step

Before You Travel

Most of the planning can be done from home.

Step 1

Send Your Reports

Send photos or PDFs of your biopsy or TURBT report, scans, PSA and blood tests on WhatsApp, or by email. You can also use the Report Summary tool and then choose to send the summary to the team.

Step 2

Consult by Video

A teleconsultation lets Dr. Singh review the reports with you, explain the diagnosis and say whether a visit, further tests or treatment are needed.

Step 3

Plan the Visit

If an in-person visit is needed, the team will help you choose the day and place, and tell you what to bring.

Step 4

Treatment and Follow-Up

Admission and surgery dates are arranged after the consultation. Follow-up can often continue by teleconsultation, with local tests done near your home.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get an opinion without travelling to Lucknow?

Yes. Send your reports and book a teleconsultation. Dr. Singh will review them with you by video and tell you what is needed next. An examination or a procedure still needs a visit.

How do I send my reports?

Photographs or PDFs can be sent on WhatsApp to +91-9559776664 or by email to support@urooncoconnect.com. Please send the full report, not only a screenshot of the impression, and include scans and blood tests if you have them.

Do I have to stay in Lucknow for treatment?

Consultation and tests can often be done in one day. Surgery needs a hospital stay, and the duration depends on the operation. The team will explain the expected stay and follow-up before you decide.

Can follow-up be done near my home?

Often yes. Blood tests and scans can be done locally, and the reports reviewed by teleconsultation. Some check-ups, such as cystoscopy, need an in-person visit.

What if my case is urgent?

Heavy bleeding in the urine, inability to pass urine, or fever with a blocked kidney need urgent care. Go to the nearest emergency department first, and then contact the team.
